This policy applies only to this public marketing website. It describes the limited processing that takes place when you browse the site, contact us, or book a demonstration.

Signing in, creating an account, and using the PARQ platform are handled by separate systems with their own terms and privacy information. Links to sign in or sign up take you to those external systems.

We keep data collection on this website to a minimum. We process the following:

• Enquiry details: when you contact us — for example through our contact form, by emailing us, or by booking a demo — we process the details you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company or organisation, country, enquiry type and message, so that we can respond and follow up.
• Demo bookings: when you book a demonstration, the scheduling is handled through Microsoft Bookings. The details you enter to book (such as your name, email and chosen time) are processed by Microsoft on our behalf and shared with us to arrange the meeting.
• Website analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless. It records aggregated page views and simple, non-identifying interaction events. It does not use cookies and is not used to identify or profile individual visitors.
• Technical data: our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard server information such as your IP address and request details as a normal part of serving the website securely and reliably.

This website does not use advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not run advertising pixels or third-party marketing trackers. Our website analytics are cookieless.

Because we do not currently use non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies on this website, we do not display a cookie consent banner. If we introduce analytics, advertising or marketing technologies that require it in future, we will update this policy, publish a cookie policy, and — where the law requires it — ask for your consent before those technologies are used.

Under UK data protection law, we rely on the following legal bases:

We keep enquiry and demo-booking details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted. Website analytics data is retained in aggregated, non-identifying form.
